The HKS 70028-AT004 Carbon Racing Suction Intake System Kit is designed for the Toyota GR Yaris (GXPA16) with the G16E-GTS engine. Developed for both Gen 1 and Gen 2 models, this system features precision-engineered carbon fiber intake pipes manufactured using a hot-press method. With 3K twill carbon prepreg on the exterior and unidirectional (UD) carbon prepreg on the interior, the pipes deliver exceptional strength while maintaining an ultra-smooth internal surface for efficient airflow. The curing process under high pressure and temperature ensures structural integrity and durability, making the system ideal for both road and track use.

The kit also includes a 3K twill carbon fiber heat insulator produced through a hand lay-up process, which reduces heat transfer from the radiator and channels cool air directly to the Super Power Flow. Combined with the signature HKS intake sound, this system significantly reduces intake resistance compared to the OEM design, enhancing throttle response and overall performance.
