The first hose released from this new range is the induction hose for 1.8T Golf's, Jetta's, GTI's, New Beetle Turbo S's and Seat Leon (not Leon Cupra R). This hose fits all of the following engine codes on the above mentioned vehicles: AWW - AWD - AWP - AUM - APP - AWU - AUQ. These engine codes require a small blanking plug for a port on the hose not used on this engine code.
- The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.
- This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.
